The Ministry of Defense(MOD) is based on the Orwyn capital planet and carries out day to day operations of the military. Such as issuing uniforms, issuing paychecks, and other bureaucratic necessitates. The also houses the offices of each military branch and the respective commanding officer and staff. The Minister of Defense will at anytime before or during a war, attack, etc welcome a plea, case, whatever you wish to call it from the enemy to be made to avoid bloodshed.

Former General Navarro was once the top ranking General in the Imperial Army until he resigned his commission to live a peaceful life in the countryside.
